Cara Bina Otot Lengan Bisep (Bicep)

As salam dan selamat sejahtera semua..
Lama juga sy x menulis tips2 bina badan dalam blog ni. Terlalu sibuk dengan kerja di ofis dan juga latihan sukan. Ok sekarang sy ingin berkongsikan cara2 mudah yang sy selalu praktik untuk membina otot lengan atau nama saintifiknya, Bicep.
Terdapat beberapa latihan asas yang akan memina otot lengan idaman jika dilakukan dengan betul. Ingin sy tekankan di sini, jika untuk membina otot yang besar, gerakan latihan perlulah dengan beban yang ringan kpd berat dan dilakukan secara perlahan. Kalau sembang ngan budak2 gym, diorang akan guna term 'pump' dan 'cut'. Apakah maksud term ini? Nantikan entri yang berikutnya.
